Researching the Fitzwaters has led to so many interesting discoveries! From Thomas Fitzwater coming from England on the "Welcome" to join William Penn, to his grandson, George Clymer, being a signer of the Declaration of Independence, to all of the early Quaker records that have documented the history of this family, every step has been fascinating. Most of them seem to live long and love adventure. It all starts with my beautiful grandma, who would have liked nothing more than to hear about all these ancestors of hers.
